In order to browse and enjoy our site, you do not need to register to Artfully Walls. However, at time of purchase, you will be requested to register to the site.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
Artfully Walls accepts leading credit cards including Visa and Mastercard, as well as Paypal.
What is a CVV Code?
The CVV code or Credit Card Verification Value, is the three digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards. For American Express, it is the four digit code located on the front of the card.
What is a Canvas?
Our canvas prints use a poly-cotton blend canvas with 1.5” stretcher bars on which the canvas is wrapped on all four sides.
What is Fine Art Paper?
Our fine art paper has a natural white finish with a soft textured surface, similar to traditional watercolor paper. Our paper is 100% cotton with a weight of 320 GSM.
What is Photo Paper?
The paper on which we print photographs is a thick, white, matte paper.
Do prints come with borders?
All of our paper prints come with a minimum border of 1” for easy framing. Canvas prints come ready to hang, and are wrapped around 1.5” stretcher bars, and are finished with a white or black wrap around the edges.
What do I do if the print I ordered has a printing flaw?
If your print has a printing flaw, please contact us at email@example.com, so that we can make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
When will I receive my order?
All of our prints, regardless of whether or not they are framed, ship within 7-10 business days.
How are Artfully Walls prints shipped?
Unframed prints ship in tubes, and framed prints and canvases in boxes, providing extra protection and safe delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Artfully Walls currently ships within the United States, and internationally to Canada, UK, Australia and Ireland. In the future we plan on shipping to additional destinations, so please check back.
What is your 20% off Wall Discount?
Customers purchasing an entire wall, as it appears on our site (including all the prints that appear in the specific wall and all the frames that appear on the wall) get to enjoy a discount of 20% off of the retail price of the prints and frames that are included in the wall.
Do I have to be an entire styled wall or can I buy individual prints?
No, you do not have to buy an entire styled wall. The purpose of our styled walls is to inspire you with different looks of what can be done with the prints we sell on Artfully Walls. Consumers can pick and choose whatever prints they want to purchase from a styled wall, and how they would like it framed. However, users who do purchase a styled wall in its entirety as it appears on the site, benefit from a 20% discount on all of the items included in the wall.
Can I return a print?
Our prints are custom printed for each order that is placed, therefore they cannot be returned once purchased. However, if your print is flawed or damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and so that we can make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
What does the Try on Your Wall button do?
This button launches the flow to use our cutting edge Try on Wall Technology and mobile app, that allows you to quickly and easily see how a certain styled wall that you see on our site, will look on your own wall.

With the Artfully Walls Try on Your Wall mobile app, users can quickly and easily see how art will look on their own walls.
How do I see how art included in a certain wall will look on my wall?
To use our Try on Wall mobile app and technology, you need to make sure that you have an account with Artfully Walls. Then you just need to download the Try on Wall app from iTunes, and launch the app on your phone.
Why do I see a foreign transaction fee on my credit card statement?
While our products are produced in and ship from several locations throughout the United States, Artfully Walls is a company registered in Israel. In rare occasions, a foreign transaction fee may appear on your credit card statement. If such a fee appears, please feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to refund the fee you have been charged.
