French-born Claire de Quénetain graduated from the Royal College of Art in London before setting up her own printmaking studio. Working across prints and textiles, her patterns mix light water colour shades with bold dashes of colour to add a painterly feel to a space. Recent projects include a line of printed textiles
for homeware company Heal’s and a painted mural in collaboration with
the interior designers 2LG Studio.
De Quénetain’s textiles aim to create a natural atmosphere for interiors,
where people can feel the freshness, the movement and the colourful
sensations of gardens. People become the characters of a garden story
and are able to create their own mise-en-scène in order to celebrate
